What are they used for?
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Local storage can also remember a preference on this device. We use these for website operation and, with your agreement, audience measurement.

Language and approximate location of requests
When you submit a contact form, register for a conference or subscribe, we may record your browser language and, if the hosting provider supplies them, the approximate country and city associated with your connection. These do not come from cookies or confirm where you live: a VPN or mobile network may indicate another city. This information helps us understand requests and suggest local events only to people who have agreed to receive communications. We do not request your device’s precise location.
Form protection
Security checks limit automated and repeated submissions. Rejected submissions do not create a contact or enter a spam inbox. Technical counters retain reasons without messages or raw contact details. Rate-limiting hashes are removed after two days and counters after thirty days during subsequent checks.
When enabled on forms, Cloudflare Turnstile checks the browser to distinguish people from bots. It receives the technical signals needed for this check; it does not receive your form fields. Its privacy information explains how these signals are processed.

Google Tag Manager loads measurement tags configured by Perez Real Estate after your agreement. Google Analytics may receive browsing, device and source information. Audience measurement agreement does not authorize personalized advertising.

Accept all authorizes available optional measurement; Reject all blocks it. Customize lets you enable or disable audience measurement. You can withdraw agreement from Cookie preferences. This does not delete data already sent to Google. A different device, cleared storage or a changed measurement container will prompt a new choice.
